Cancellation Policy

Late Arrival Policy: When sessions are scheduled, the client is expected to be minimum 5 minutes early. There is no guarantee of continuing the session past the given scheduled time frame. Session Make-Up Policy: There is a 30-day make-up policy to reschedule any excused missed sessions from the day of canceling Unexcused Absents: When there is no 24-hour notice of missing or canceling a session, our "Session Make Up Policy" does not apply, and the session will be loss with no refund. Rescheduling is allowed only when given notice 24 hours before the session starts. Service Termination: If any cancellation of services are needed, all previous sessions must be paid in full at the original rate of plan within two weeks of canceling. If not, the debtor and is liable to be sent to a collection's agency after 90 days from the cancel date. There are no refunds for this service.
